Great shop to rent your equipment. Knowledgable and friendly staff. The whole rental process was very fast both at pick up and drop off. Great services like pick up the day before or possibility to leave your skis and shoes at the shop of renting several days. Only a few minutes from the gondolas. Will definitely go back if lucky enough to go back to Verbier.

Watch out for Clement the \manager\. Argues in all seriousness that the insurance offered (for losing gear or simply not needing a helmet) gives him the right to keep all money paid for 9 days of no usage of two kids' helmets (i.e.roughly 60CHF). This is worse than car rental businesses where all money is devolved until 48hrs before first rental day on a no question asked basis. The other staff (Lottie, one Swedish boy and another lanky blonde boy) are very nice but with strict instructions not to engage client on money matters. Not surprising really: dishonesty is not that easy to impose on staff.

Went in to refill my airbag canister. One guy downstairs laughed at me saying nowhere in town would refill it as it was \old\. Got it refilled elsewhere. Another guy was very helpful and said he would send it away and offered further help. Some of the staff need a reality check.

Can’t say enough good words for those guys and gals. Their service is above and beyond what you would usually expect for such business. Extremely helpful. Flawless adjustments and exchanges of ski gear when needed. Their shop at the first stop of the Gondola is super convenient. They made our skiing experience at Verbier a breeze. Would highly recommend

We were 9 persons! Had already pre booked skis and boots as well as our passes on line. Arrived in store. All staff immediately attentive and very helpful. Had all our passes ready. Gave us clear instructions to take photos of the passes in case we lost them! So patient with helping our group choose skis, boots and helmets. We have varied ski experience and the choice of skis and boots was Excellent! All new equipment too! Would highly recommend. First class service. Thanks.

These guys are great.. attentive for all our needs and helpful in guiding new skiers with the selection process with all equipment needed, from boots & ski to more essential items, such as helmets, gloves and any clothing.. with excellent interpersonal skills. They really looked after our party.

This is a place with truly excellent service; all employees extremely helpful, walking the extra mile and making sure you got the right gear, even exchanging in case you wanted to try something else. I rented all for myself and my teenage children and will definitely go back. I also enjoyed the storage. Walking throug Verbier, and traveling to your chalet without ski gear...
